Chef Sergio was born in La Paz with many years of experience cooking abroad for famous restaurants in Mexico City. Have him host you at your private villa with his specialties in traditional Mexican and International Cuisine.

Orange juice , Mexican Coffee Home Made oatmeal w/brown sugar. Fresh Seasonal fruit plate w/ cottage cheese. Musly apple, pear, yoghurt, raisins, nuts. Pancakes banana, blueberry French Toast w/ fruit Bagels w/ cream cheese

Huevos Rancheros: 2 eggs over lightly fried corn tortilla w/ tomato sauce and beans.

Chilaquiles Verdes: Tortilla chips w/ green tomatillo sauce, sour cream, fresh cilantro , red onions and beans.

Italian Omelet : 3 eggs, sun dry tomato, fresh basil, garlic w /mozzarella

Greek omelet : 3 eggs feta cheese, tomato, spinach, onions.

All Breakfast items include Mexican Coffee, Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice, and a Fruit Plate.

1. Stuffed French Toast with Ricotta and red fruit sauce. Your choice of Strawberries, Blueberries or Cranberries.

2. Huevos Rancheros "eggs country-style" original Baja Style

3. Mexican Omelet - 3 eggs with Tomato, Onion, Serrano Chili, fresh Avacado and Chihuahua cheese.

4. Vegetarian Omelet - 3 egg yolks with grilled vegetables and cheese.

5. Eggs Any Style - comes with apple smoked bacon or sausage and roasted potatoes.
